HW-101 CW filter

Hmmm... I thought I was perhaps the last remaining holdout who still refers 
to CPS rather than the modernistic and non-descriptive HZ... I always 
thought the change was rather like deciding to call a screwdriver a SMITH... 
Just call me an old-timer!
