5R4 and 5U4 solid state replacement on an Apache or Marauder

Be careful about upping the HV because of using solid state 
recifiers....this is a significant problem when this is done on the 
Collins S-line pwr supply--the 512F-2...this is more of a problem in 
2009 because of higher mains voltages too...
