SB-610 Monitor Scope

To all on the Heath group,
 
I have a question regarding the P.E.C. phase shift networks (#84-39, and
#84-40) used in the SB-610 monitor scope to generate the 1500 Hz, and
1950 Hz tones used in the 2-Tone oscillator section. On the schematic,
there is a representative diagram of what's inside the P.E.C., but no
component values. 
 
My question is, does anyone have any idea what the component values are
inside these devices ? 
 
Has anyone tried to replace these P.E.C's with discreet components to
replace a defective P.E.C., or change the tone of a given oscillator ?
