Hi Jim
 
The PEC in the SB101 has 470K and 500pF components and has a nominal  tone 
frequency of 1KHz.
 
In principle all of the resistors in a given unit should be the same so I  
guess that 84-39 has 270K and 84-40 has 220K. You should be able to scale 
the  capacitors from those values. Each PEC has to provide 180 degrees phase 
shift  using five series RC networks for the circuit to oscillate.
