[Heathkit] SB-102 drive belts

Paul:

The original design used rubber "O" rings on all 3 shafts. Later designs 
used dial cord and a spring only on the Final Loading control. For the 
Driver/Preselector, try a number 226 "O" ring, available at better 
hardware and plumbing supply stores, and some auto parts stores.
