[Heath] HW100 final load cap

Yea, the demon has hit me too. That darn C924 variable load cap got 
too tight. I had no desire to disassemble the whole cage, Now the real 
problem. I got it to free up by squirting penetrating oil on the 
bearing and all the bushings for the three sections. Afterwards I 
tuned up and found that the normal functioning control has stopped 
functioning except at the full ccw position tuning into a calibrated 
50ohm dummy load. Used to work, now caput.
