[Heath] Need Heat Oscilloscope Manual

Is that the tube or the solid state unit?  My heath stuff is in storage.  I have the tube type, with documentation.  Built it while taking Bell & Howell course.  I have a solid state, also, with some documentation.   Will look at model numbers next week.
