[Heath] VF-2031 part needed

The 14-pin TBA820/TBA820L is obsolete and replaced by the 8-pin  TBA820M.  
The newer IC is electrically the same but handles less power  since the 
package is smaller. If you are willing to kludge up your Heathkit and  don't 
need the power, the TBA820M is available from Digikey or Mouser.
