[Heath] stringing the dial cord

I seem to have lost contact with the gentleman who was going to assist 
me with a copy of the procedure as shown in the SB-102 manual. I am 
trying to change from belt on the final load cap to string in my 
HW-100.

Can anyone help me out? I have the springs and dial cord but the only 
drawing I could
find totally confused me. It has 18 steps to string it. I am not a 
mechanical engineer, just a lowly
technician.

I was told there is a page in the assembly section of the 102 
describing the installation procedure.
