[Heath] SB-104 repaired

[KP2N]

The club SB-104 has been repaired and is back on line.  The digital
display is reading correctly on all bands.

The green wire on the bottom of the display board had come off it's pin.
It looked like it had never been seated all the way when assembled.

Thanks to all who responded with suggestions.  The voltage checks
at the regulator transistors was very close to what is needed.  It is
good to know where to ask should problems again arise.
