[Heath] IP-17 Manual

MY copy of this manual (the one that was sold to me as 'complete') 
is missing
all fold-out Pictorials. Specifically: Pictorials 3, 4, 6, 7, 9 and 
12. I suspect the
same pictorials appear manuals of other supplies of the same series; 
IP-17A,
IP5217, IP-5217A.

Any one has this manual --  I'd appreciate a scan of these 
pictorials, or let me
borrow it for a couple of days (I have access to 11" x 17" 
equipment). I'll be
more than happy to pay for mailing it both ways.
