I am amazed at the level of regulation from this thing: I have connected a 10 
ohm 100 watt load to the power supply, adjusted it for 1 amp at that 10 
ohms, measured the output voltage at exactly 10.00 VDC with a digital 
multimeter, then removed the load.

Current drops to zero, and the voltage rises to all of 10.04 VDC.

Amazing.

Well, it now occupies a central place on my bench.
