[Heath] Tutor Wanted

Gentlemen:

I am looking for an individual who is technically savy and is familiar with the Heathkit HW-10 Shawnee to assist me in getting one of these working.  I am not a technician and have intermediate knowledge of electronics.  I do have basic test gear and I do have the HW-10 manual.  I would like to do this on line as a sort of tutor/student relationship.  The radio I have appears to be “all there” but hasn’t been turned on in years.  I tried it the other day and got no response from the rig.  I have access to a bunch of spare parts.  

If you would like to help me in this endeavour, please respond off list.
