[Heath] NEED - Heath AT-1 power transformer

Does anyone have a Heath PN #44-21 power transformer?  Just got an AT-1 at a yard-sale, but it's missing the power transformer.  Looks complete except for the transformer. 

Either a Heathkit part or close equivalent will do.

Specs are:

PRIMARY)   115 VAC 60 HZ 1 PH 

SEC-1)   860 VCT @ 0.1A CT)
SEC-2)   5.0 VAC @ 3A 
SEC-3)   6.3 VAC @ 2A
