Interesting problem:  Once it warms up it produces a pulsing tone, perhaps a
slow motor boating.  After several minutes it trips the circuit breaker.
Tubes have been checked, had their pins and sockets cleaned and are in their
right sockets.  Tone on all bands.  

 

Thoughts?
