[Heath] AR-3 - vernier

Well, after repeatedly applying lighter fluid, interspersed with some PB Blaster once in a 
while, my "good" AR-3's main tuning inner shaft can be rotated inside the outer shaft with 
considerable difficulty....but at least I appear to be making some progress.

Tuning is still 1:1, but I am hopeful...

Trying to "center" the tuning of any station, even on the BC band, is very difficult. 6:1 tuning 
rate would certainly help.
