[Heath] D-104 part needed

Yeah...i KNOW it's not our Green.....I have a really nice OLD D-104 with
the rivetted nameplates and it works, too! But it's missing one of the four
screws for the element housing. I just don't know know where to get them,
gotta be plenty of spares out there from parts-cars!
