[Heath] Value of HW-8 preselector capacitor (was "HW-8 Issue")

As promised, I took the preselector variable cap out of one of my 
HW-8s and measured it with my AADE LC meter. Both sections were 
identical, as expected. With the plates fully meshed it is about 55 pF 
and about 5.2 when fully opened. The midpoint is about 30 pF. The 3.5 
mark is just to the right of that,  maybe 28 pF or so. That's a guess 
since this was measured outside the chassis, without the front panel 
markings for reference.

This info could come in handy of you ever have to replace the cap and 
can't get the original part.
