[Heath] HW-10 Shawnee Update

Good news.  The power transformer checked out fine.  120vac in and 249vac
on the main secondary winding and 127vac on the center tap.  The filament
winding showed 6.6vac.  So, I think the transformer is ok.   Now, on to
ordering some replacement caps.
