Well, yes, you CAN, but why would you want to? The orange drops are much larger, and in 
my opinion, look ugly in an old radio. What is wrong with the disk ceramics? Do you need to 
replace those? In my experience, they very seldom ever go bad.

As we have been telling you, you do not NEED "exact" value replacements! The tolerance 
of the original caps is so loose that anything even reasonably close will work just fine.

A value that high usually means either it is a resonating capacitor in a low frequency circuit, 
or is simply a bypass cap. That value of cap IS still available, but will be somewhat difficult 
to find. If you tell us what circuit it is being used in, we can better advise you on what to sub 
it with.

Again, as we have been telling you, "anything reasonably close". 0.0047 for instance. 
Again, trying to find an exact value shown on the capacitor in question is unnecessary.
