[Heath] Audio mods for Heathkit transmitters

There are some modifications one can make to the audio sections of Heathkit's 
controlled-carrier modulated rigs, the DX-35, 40, and 60, all of which use, basically, the 
same system.

In fact, the modulation systems of the DX-40 and DX-60 are almost identical, so the 
modifications shown below for the DX-60 will work equally well for the DX-40.
