[Heath] SB102 Main Tuning Knob And Friction Wheel

Never knew about an o-ring; that could have been added.  To make contact 
with the dial, the friction wheel is mounted on an /adjustable /slot.  
So the amount of pressure is something /you/ set...getting it to the 
right spot isn't easy, but once it's there, /assuming the dial turns the 
LMO freely/, it works rather well and is reasonably reliable.  As I 
recall, the two plates of the friction wheel mount on the shaft with a 
screw; make sure that's tight...
