[iptv-users] Note to vendors

A few vendors have crept onto this listserv.  While there's no restriction
to vendors joining this listserv, I do ask that unsolicited vendor
self-promotion be limited to listing the company name on their signature.  

If a poster asks, for example, for help on how to use a certain product,
vendors should feel free to pipe in, but if a poster is looking for advice
on which product in a category to buy, vendors should only list their own
only if they give their competitors equal or better coverage in the same
e-mail.  End-users are free to lambast or salute any vendor's product with
unbridled bias, of course. =)

This listserv should also not be considered fair game for sales or marketing
persons.
