[iptv-users] Low-cost MPEG-4 encoders for EPG application

EPG is electronic program guide.  But I mean to write PEG (public,
education, government) channel, which is the channel most often used to
carry public access television.

In any case, what's unique is that there is only low levels of motion, so we
lower-end encoders can handle that kind of encoding without causing
blocking.
