We priced SD encoders a couple of years back and found pretty reasonable
pricing for SD/HD units from both Harmonic and Skitter.

What would be some ballpark budgetary pricing for encoders in the class
of Motorola's Modulus encoders?  For MPEG4-HD I'm told it's between $25K
and $30K channel.
