this might work as a workaround but ultimately
the trigger was caused after the upgrade and a jinstall
is creating a new file system and going through
the entire flash area and if there are any errors uncovered
it will be removed from the bootlist.

So in the end to make sure that this symptom does not come
back I would advise you to RMA the Routing Engine.
