[j-nsp] PIO read error on M5

Hitesh,
Barely an hour before you posted the mail below to juniper-nsp, a
Juniper employee answered a very similar question from another list
member.
His answer was to open a support case and maybe try to relocate the PIC
to another slot, to see whether the problem of failed polled I/O
communications is PIC or slot dependent.
And please be so kind to turn off HTML in your mail program.
