Hi,

we had a similar issue on a M10 a few months before - also on slot 0/0...

After opening a support case with Juniper, we had the following items
swapped:

    The PIC in Slot 0/0
    FEB
    and finally the whole chassis

Inserting the PIC in another slot temporary resolved this issue but it
finally came
out that the midplane (chassis) produced the error.

Anyway, I'd recommend to discuss your issue with JTAC.

HTH,

  Gregor

Dec 8 09:50:03 lon1-9 rpd[339]: bgp_recv: peer 195.149.20.234 (External AS

Dec 8 09:50:04 lon1-9 tnp_scb CMFPC: PIC 0/0 PIO Read error, address 0x0028

Dec 8 09:52:31 lon1-9 tnp_scb last message repeated 116 times
Dec 8 09:52:31 lon1-9 rpd[339]: bgp_recv: peer 195.149.20.234 (External AS
