[j-nsp] Decrypting "$9$" passwords from JunOS config

Hi,
Does anyone have a tool to decrypt the encrypted passwords that start with
"$9$"? It should be a two-way encryption as they're all passwords where the
Juniper needs to know the clear-text, rather than the "$1$" (MD5 hash?)
passwords which are one-way encrypted.
I haven't had much luck with a web or juniper.net search.
