Try:
show route receive-protocol bgp <peer> all
...
which shows "All entries including hidden entries"
Also, in my experience "show route receive-protocol bgp <peer>" with or
without the "all" keyword WILL show received prefixes prior to attribute
manipulation (community add/deletes, etc.) by inbound policies.
