[j-nsp] Operating Temperature

We have M-160 with 1-3 FPC's only,
and it seems the FPC's run in High 40's n the fans kick up on high speed preety often....
Intutively this doesnt seem to good,
we were advised to clear up Air-Filters
however , doesnt seeem to help much.
