[j-nsp] compact flash failure?

hello all,

i am currently evaluating a m20 and am wondering what sort of a problem
i have (i know, i have a lot ;) ). the device has not yet undergone
recertification (and i frankly don't want to pay for that if i have prior
hardware issues).

my first issue: the router is showing a fault on the power supply. i do
only have one p/s connected right now, so i do not know if that is the
the cause.

second issue: the initial boot was fine, i rebooted the router (after
performing a password-recovery) and the compact flash seems to have
disappeared. the router will only boot to the pcmcia or hdd.

i am a juniper newbie, so i am not sure what info will be useful, so if
i missed something, please tell me.

thanks

joshua

"Walk with me through the Universe,
And along the way see how all of us are Connected.
Feast the eyes of your Soul,
 On the Love that abounds.
In all places at once, seemingly endless,
 Like your own existence."
