[j-nsp] Upgrade from 5.2 to 5.7

Hi All,

We did upgrade one of our M160s from 5.2 to 5.7 but
none of the Ingress LSPs did come up after the
upgrade. All other routers were still running 5.2. 

Is there any compatibility issues between two versions
or any syntax changes in the config?
