[j-nsp] Upgrade from 5.2 to 5.7

       Koral,
             please  open  a  case with juniper support along with the
             following   information.  Show  chassis  hardware,  show
             version of both routers with 5.7 and 5.2 and also turn on
             rsvp   tracing   to see what we complain about along with
             the message log.
