Panny,

The output is in bytes.

I just opened a PR to address this and to add the detail of what is
represented as well as to align the output.

The 43 active BGP peers you have total 340K routes in the RIB, which
would consume a bit of memory, as expected.  If you want to see who is
using how much memory, see what "show system processes extensive" says.
RPD should be what is using the bulk of memory.
