[j-nsp] load balancing 'per flow'

Thankyou gentlemen for your responses.

The reason I asked this question is becuase 90% of our traffic to one POP is for one particular VRF. Since we are increasing the links to this location I wanted to be sure that traffic should get load balanced upto a reasonable extent even if its not exactly per packet.

I will be testing this in the next 2 weeks and post my findings here for those interested.
