[j-nsp] BGP advertise-inactive (even not the *best* BGP route)

Hi,

I know that BGP "advertise-inactive" will advertise the routes
that is *best* BGP route but not the best route compare with
other protocol, such as IGP.

Is there any command that can advertise all BGP routes to peers
that even not the *best* BGP routes?

For example, following two routes,

 Prefix AS path
10.100.0.0/16 65001
10.100.0.0/16 65000 65001

under the config of "advertise-inactive", only the "^65001$" will
be advertised to peers. What kind of config can advertise both
"^65001$" and "^65000 65001$" to peers?

Thanks in advance
