[j-nsp] router not booting from flash

just to add to that; adding CF (or a harddisk for that matter) back on the bootlist is not necessarily what you want to do. Question is, why was it removed from the list in the first place. Might be worth going back through the messages.log to see if there's any specific errors related to the CF, or check the boot-messages (show system boot-messages).
