  In your M10, the two prefixes 9.9.9.9/32 must be attached with differents RD. 
  You have just to play correctly in your VRFs import/export rules by using the right RD/RT.

  How to configure M10 to advertise prefix 9.9.9.9/32 received from VRFA to 
  ISPA and advertise prefix 9.9.9.9/32 received from VRFB to ISPB?
