[j-nsp] Need help on configuring M10

Any reason why you are using VRFs for this. Are you simply trying
to separate the routing or do you wish to advertise IPv4-VPN routes
to ISPA and ISPB. If you are not running MPLS are you running
something else between you M10 PE and the PEs in ISPA and ISPB
If you are trying to separate routing and advertise the prefixes
then you should look at configuring Virtual Routers and not VRFs.
If you could give more information on what you are trying to achieve
this would help.
