I have no clue about T1 configurations, but be aware that JunOS counts
timeslots starting with slot 1, not slot 0 like IOS. So for a framed
E1, we configure 2-31 (first slot used for the framing). My guesstimate
is that changing your "1-24" to "2-24" might help.
