[j-nsp] Cisco to Juniper STM1 config

Is the M5 set for SDH framing? It defaults to SONET, so if you haven't 
done so already, you need to change it under [edit chassis fpc X pic 
Y]. set framing sdh.

Also, post the relevant parts from the configs and "show interface 
extensive".
