[j-nsp] link aggregation convergence

Hi all,
 
I want to use aggregation on FE ports but ,
 
I would like to know is there a convergence time when there is a link down
and up in the aggregation,
 
Will my traffic will flow any time that aggregation has at least one working
interface,
