[j-nsp] Connecting Juniper LX to Cisco 6500 LX over short distance

Hello,

Has anybody connected a GigE LX interface (M160) to a Cisco
1000BASE-LX/LH GBIC (WS-G5486) in a 6500 over a short distance (rack to
rack)?  I'm worried about destroying optics or at least having it work
