    you output seems to be truncated and maybe related to you
    terminal/emulation you are using. it should look like this below.
    Please perform a rapid ping and the look at the show interface
    extensive out put and look what counters are increasing. I see
    in your output policed discard counters but also the MAC counters
    are of interest which are coming from the PIC itself. There is
    no indication so far pointing us to the culprit in question.
