Sales reps who are uninterested and even downright rude to what they
consider "small" accounts (you know, those people who are financially
successful because they don't blow massive amounts of money unnecessarily)  
seem to be a common problem in the industry. But yeah, I have noticed it
is particularly bad with Juniper.
