[j-nsp] juniper dram upgrades

hi,
has anyone out there found a 3rd party source for RE
dram upgrades? i have a m10 with just 512mb and want
to upgrade it to 2048.

if no one has found a 3rd party that advertises
specifically Juniper memory.... has anyone out there
identified the memory specs and put in generic memory?
