[j-nsp] Issues with 6.2R1.5

Hi Wajahat,

What RE are you using?
What kind of errors are you getting exactly (printout would be
useful)..?  Do you see any other messages in your logs that might
indicate what's causing this...? ANy of your deamons spitting out
something useful in your logs..?
