Hi,

This question is not answered anywhere in the document, so here we go:

  Is being able to react to graceful restarts (initiated by peers) 
  enabled automatically, or do you need to enable it somehow (e.g., 
  routing-options graceful-restart)?

It's obvious that when the router in question wants to restart
gracefully, you will have to enable the features.  According to
documentation, just using 'routing-options graceful-restart' is enough
for all the protocols.  But as said, it's not clear how the *peers*
will have to be configured (if needed) to react to these restarts.
