[j-nsp] M20 RE/SSB broken? [solved]

Hi,

after some suggestions (thanks!) i found the problem:
Its simply caused by not having any FPC in the system,
once i put one in all was fine.
Maybe Juniper should fix this in a upcoming release or atleast have junos
display a message that things wont work right if no fpc is inserted...
